Wrestlingworth Infant and Dunton Junior are proud to be able to offer wraparound care to our families from 7:45am to 5:45pm during term time, to support our working parents.
We are working with Central Bedfordshire Council to provide high quality and cost effective care as part of the National Wraparound Childcare Programme.
Both schools offer their own before-school wraparound care, known as The Early Birds, as well as their own popular after-school club, The Treehouse. Families at both schools are welcome to make use of the wraparound care available at their child’s school. Both Early Birds and Tree House are run by experienced school staff who know our children, school and families well. As the wraparound care is run by school, they follow all school policies and procedures.
We offer a relaxed but engaging environment where children can choose from a range of different activities including crafts, games and reading, all appropriate to both our infants and juniors. Early Birds offers a variety of nutritious breakfast choices such as cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurts whilst children that attend Tree House will be offered a light snack.
Session Times and Fees:
Wrestlingworth Early Birds – 8:00am – 9:00am – £5
Wrestlingworth Tree House – Short session – 3:30pm – 4:30pm – £6
Long session – 3:30pm – 5:45pm – £12
Dunton Early Birds – 7:45am – 8:45am – £5
Dunton Tree House – Short session – 3:15pm – 4:30pm – £6
Long session – 3:30pm – 5:45pm – £12
Invoices are emailed and payment is due monthly in advance.
Do you accept tax free childcare vouchers?
Yes we are able to accept tax free childcare vouchers to help eligible parents with their childcare costs. If you would like to use childcare vouchers for our wraparound care, please contact either school office.
I would like my child to attend Early Birds and/or Tree House, what do I need to do?
Please check with the school office in the first instance to check there is a space available.
If your child has not attended our wraparound care before you will need to complete a one off registration form. You will also need to compete a booking form to confirm which days you require. Bookings are assumed to usually be long term (i.e- the same every week) unless otherwise stated. We do also accept one off ad hoc bookings (space dependant).
