Universal infant free school meals (UIFSM) provide funding for all government funded schools to offer free school meals to pupils in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2.
From year 3 onwards you will need to pay for school meals unless your household qualifies for Free School Meals.

Our catering company is Innovate. They offer a wide variety of meals, always offering a main meal option, vegetarian option, filled roll option and a dessert. Meals can be booked and paid for online (please use the button below for booking). You must book by midnight on Saturday for meal bookings for the following week.

Alternatively, your child can bring a packed lunch from home. Please click the button below for some healthy ideas for packed lunches. We ask that your childs packed lunch doesn’t contain fizzy drinks, sweets, nut products or too much chocolate.
We are a NO NUT school. We have staff and children in our schools that have nut allergies. Please do not put nut products in your childs packed lunch.
You can register your child for free and subsidised milk. For children under 5 years of age, milk is free. Information about Cool Milk is sent out in the new starter pack for Reception children.
When your child is 5 you will need to pay for the milk however this is subsidised. If your child is entitled to free school meals, school milk will be free.
Children can enjoy their carton of milk at morning breaktime or lunchtime.

The School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme is a goverment programme that entitles children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 to a free piece of fruit or vegetable as a healthy snack each day. All children at Wrestlingworth can enjoy a piece of fruit or vegetable at morning break time.
Children at Dunton can bring in their own healthy morning snack such as fruit, vegetables or rice crackers. Please do not send your child to school with crisps, chocolate, nuts or sweets as a snack.
